The Wall Art Boutique specializes in providing high-quality wall decoration products, including but not limited to: posters, framed posters, canvas prints, and framed canvas prints (collectively referred to as "Products").

  • The Products sold via the Website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized resale or commercial use of the Products without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Any misuse, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of our Products without explicit authorization is a violation of our rights and may result in legal action.

  • If you wish to become an authorized reseller, please contact us to discuss the terms of a formal business arrangement.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Financial Transactions

  • All prices for Products are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion.

  • We accept payments via globally recognized payment methods, including but not limited to iDEAL, PayPal, major credit cards, and other secure electronic payment options.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected, if incorrect billing information has been provided, or for any other reason at our discretion.

  • Invoices are available upon request. Customers requiring an invoice must reach out to our customer service team.

4. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • We offer worldwide shipping, and estimated delivery times range from 4 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Wall Art Boutique is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of delivery.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any item that is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided all return conditions are met.

  • Orders may only be canceled prior to production. If an order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Customers must contact our customer service team immediately if they wish to cancel their order before processing.

6. Warranty, Defective Products, and Damage Claims

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on all Products under normal usage conditions.

  • If a Product arrives damaged, the customer is eligible for either a replacement or full refund.

  • To file a damage claim, customers must submit photographic evidence along with a detailed description of the damage within 7 days of receipt.

  • Cooperation from the customer is required in case a claim needs to be investigated with the carrier or supplier.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the damage was caused by mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Colors & Display Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to accurately display the colors of our Products. However, due to variations in monitor displays, screen settings, and lighting conditions, actual colors may differ slightly from those displayed online.

  • The Wall Art Boutique is not responsible for minor color discrepancies and will not issue refunds on the basis of perceived color differences.

8. Risk & Ownership of Goods

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

  • Ownership of the Products remains with The Wall Art Boutique until full payment has been received.

  • If an order is lost in transit, customers must contact our support team for assistance in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

9. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Special Offers

  • Promotional offers and discount codes are time-sensitive and subject to availability.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Each discount code is valid for single use per customer unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.
