Yes. Once your order has been crafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking code so you can follow your artwork every step of the way.


Returns and Satisfaction

Can I return my order?

Quality and Artistry

What is the quality of the art prints?
Every art print is produced using premium Giclée printing technology with archival pigment inks. This ensures museum-grade quality with vibrant colours and exceptional detail that will not fade over time.

Do the prints come with a white border?
No. To stay as true as possible to the artist's original vision, our prints are carefully reproduced without artificial white borders. The artwork fills the entire print for maximum impact and a seamless fit in modern frames and interiors.

What materials are used for the canvases and frames?
Our canvases are made from a premium cotton-polyester blend of 300 to 350gsm with a natural tactile texture. Our frames are hand-crafted from FSC-certified pine, available in black, white, natural wood and dark wood finishes, with shatterproof plexiglass for poster prints.
